Corn & Black Bean Salsa


1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
1 bunch cilantro, chop the leaves
1/2 red pepper, chopped fine
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese


Deliciousness on a chip! Combine all ingredients and serve immediately with Hint of Lime Tostitos or plain corn chips.
