Recipe: Tortilla Crust Quick Pizza

This is a great idea for weekend meals: Build your own pizzas! Have a variety of toppings prepped and each member can top to their hearts content.

1 Mission Flour Tortilla (Medium)
2 T pizza sauce (I actually used  Ragu spaghetti sauce)
Toppings of choice: pepperoni, bacon, pineapple, cheese, sausage, green pepper, mushrooms, onions, spinach, etc. . . 
2 pinches Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder

After adding toppings and cheese, sprinkle with garlic powder and italian seasonings.

Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. Crust will be crunchy thin on edges chewier in middle. Let cool a minute before slicing. Enjoy!
