Recipe Review: Easy Blender Salsa

IMG_1215

1 28 ou. can whole tomatoes with juice
2 10 ou. cans Rotel w/ chilies
1 lime, juiced (I used all of the lime juice, but I had a small lime)
1 bunch cilantro, chopped (leaves only)
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 whole onion, rough chopped
JalapeƱos (1 or 2)

Place tomatoes in blender and blend on low to desired consistency. Pour into bowl (only if your blender isn't large enough for all of this!). If so, you can put everything in the blender--through jalapeƱos--and blend away. Add Jalapenos only if you want more heat. Otherwise, process Rotel with lime juice, cilantro, garlic, onion and jalapenos (if desired). Stir together and enjoy!
