Unbelievably Easy Strawberry Divine (think cream cheese)

I whipped this up one night thinking about those little creamers and how, really, they are nothing more than extracts in a little container. This is the perfect dessert for 2-4 people. Or 1 person with enough for seconds and thirds. . .and fourths!

1 small tube sugar cookie dough
2 ou. cream cheese, softened
1 International Delight single serve flavored creamer (I used Almond Joy)
1/4-1/2 cup confectioners sugar (depends on how sweet you want the cream cheese layer to be. Eyeball it too)
Optional: few drops of milk
Fresh fruit, prepared

Place one slice--about 1/2" thick--into bottom of ramekin. Bake as directed. In small bowl, mix cream cheese and creamer until smooth. Add 10x, beginning with 1/4 cup and adding more until mixture is smooth. If needed, use the optional milk to smooth the mix. Refrigerate for an hour. Spoon fruit over top before serving.

Suggestion: To add an extra level of fancy, melt a few chocolate chips in a baggie, snip off the corner, and pipe across the top of the fruit before serving.
