Recipe: Homemade Marshmallow Fluff

Because I love you.

Because the season for sipping hot cocoa topped with a dollop of whipping cream marshmallow fluff is upon us. . .

2 egg whites
1 cup corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered confectioner's sugar (10x)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a large bowl of an electric mixer, add egg whites, corn syrup, and salt. Mix on high for approximately 5 minutes or until the mixture is thick and volume has almost doubled.

On low speed, add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until well blended.

Refrigerate.
