Recipe: Honey & Chocolate Popcorn
1/3 cup Popcorn
Honey (a squirt bottle works best)
1/3 cup Mini-Chocolate Chips
1/8 tsp salt
This is truly simple. Place popcorn in paper bag and fold the top of the bag down about 1/2 inch, two times. Pop in microwave until all the kernels have popped and there is a 10-15 second hesitation between pops.
In bowl, scatter a few chocolate chips, a squirt of honey, and a pinch of salt. Now, layer hot popcorn, squirts of honey, salt, chocolate chips, and repeat. This is a sticky, delicious mess to eat but it sure is yummy!
