Recipe for a Cold Winter Day

If you love stuffed bell peppers but hate going through the trouble to make them then you'll love this recipe I found on Pinterest!

Here are the ingredients to shop for:


1 lb lean ground beef

1/2 t dried basil
1  14-1/2 oz can Gold diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onions (or similar)
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 t dried oregano
3 cups beef broth (or 3 cups water + 3 beef bouillon cubes)
1  15 oz can Gold tomato sauce (or similar)
1 cup cooked rice
2 cups bite-sized green peppers and/or red peppers
  
I also added 1 t salt, 1/2 t pepper and 1/4 t Slap Yo Mama. Yum!!
