It's Black Friday, Again!

Every year my stalwart sister-in-law in California gathers her three daughters on Black Friday at 4 a.m. and they head out to shop. 

These  women are on a mission, determined to take advantage of the best deals of the year.

I admire them. But fighting crowds at such an hour is not my cup of tea. 

Still, I suppose if one could lasso a 40" LED flat screen TV for $99 it might be worth it. 

Maybe. 

I'm still not convinced. It is my humble opinion that the day after Thanksgiving would be better spent resting from entertaining the day before, punctuated with meals of delicious leftovers. 

I'm writing this post on the Tuesday before in order to do just that...rest, relax, and eat leftovers. 

Sounds good to me.
